We continually strive to provide the best possible service for all our customers, new and existing, this is why when you contact Astral you will be offered a 1st call appointment where available, a choice of day to suit and an AM or PM appointment. Not only can we advise if it will be morning or afternoon but we will also offer to contact you either half hour or an hour before arrival at your property, so there is no frustrating hanging around waiting for someone to turn up. We don’t like vague appointment times so we certainly do not expect our customers to.
